Futureproof Cumbria is a charity offering clear, independent advice and support to help you plan, procure and deliver your retrofit project to a high standard.  

Prices for our Home Retrofit Scenarios (HRS) report start at £810 plus VAT but are dependent on your home’s size and complexity.  You may be eligible for a partially funded Home Retrofit Scenarios Report.

As a charity we also deliver other services which support people to make their homes more energy efficient and to install renewable technologies.

Your answers to the questions below will help us to determine if the Home Retrofit Scenarios report is the right service for your needs,  to prepare a quote for you, access potential funding for your HRS or direct you to more suitable services as appropriate. 

If your property includes more than one dwelling or building or includes an annex, please consider which areas you would like to include in the survey.  

Where you have more than one property, please complete a separate form for each. Where an annex is included within a property, it can be included within one form.
